When it is your day to aide, please arrive 15 minutes early to help set up the room and help the teacher or other enrichment provider with any needed preparation. If you need to change your aiding day, make arrangements to trade with another parent and then call or text the volunteer coordinator to let her know of the change so she can update the calendar and keep track of everyone’s days.
