Enrollment

The TreeHouse closely follows the Clovis Unified School District calendar, beginning mid-August and ending in May. Parents may enroll children any time during the year, as long as space is available. To be eligible for enrollment, children must be 3 or 4 years of age by September 5, 2025 and fully potty trained*

Our 2025 – 2026 program offers the following options:

Monthly Dues: $180
Age 3 by September 5, 2025, fully potty trained*
September 16, 2025 – May 28, 2026
Yearly parent aiding requirement based on enrollment**
4 scheduled field trip days

Kindergarten Preparation
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
8:45 AM – 12:15 PM
Monthly Dues: $270
For children entering Kindergarten the following year.
Age 4 by September 5, 2025, independently potty trained*
September 16, 2025- May 27, 2026
Yearly parent aiding requirement based on enrollment**
4 scheduled field trip days

Enrollment will be highly considered to returning families or siblings of children who are currently enrolled. Once full enrollment is reached (12 children per class), children will be put on a wait list on a first come, first served basis.

*Fully potty trained by TreeHouse standards means the child can use the restroom with little assistance and without the use of pull-ups. Parent aides will help children with buttoning or zipping pants and washing hands only.
**Aiding Days are based upon full enrollment and no buy out option in place. Please refer to Parent Handbook.

Early Learning Enrollment Fee: $260 ($80 non-refundable registration and supply fee and $180 deposit which will be applied to May’s dues if the full year is completed) Total enrollment fee is $260.

Kindergarten Preparation Enrollment Fee: $350 ($80 non-refundable registration and supply fee and $270 deposit which will be applied to May’s dues if the full year is completed) Total enrollment fee is $350.

Child’s Proof of Immunization Records
Copy of Driver’s License or other official ID (required for any parent or caregiver who will be working one or more aiding days)
Enrollment Fee: You will receive an invoice within 48 hours of your registration being submitted. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to secure your spot.

Your acceptance notice will be emailed to you along with a copy of The TreeHouse Parent Handbook. Please read and familiarize yourself with the handbook when you receive it.
